Kevin Dunn and his team just completed their, (at least) 3rd home project for us.  This one was a good bit more involved with Sheetrock, Painting, Custom Door build/Install, Dryer hookup change, Doggie Door close up with siding ... I think that covers most of it.  This project was successfully completed just as Professional and Efficient and Affordable as all the previous projects done for us!  Not only an Exceptional Job, but done by truly nice people to work with . ..  Thank You Kevin and Team!

Customer Service. Empathy. Attention to Detail. Value. Kevin and his crew have all of it.  We entrusted them to paint our entire house and two fences. Couldn’t be more pleased with the work and the price point. From start to finish (and after) they’ve been great. We received a recommendation from our neighbor to use them and I would recommend them to anyone looking. You won’t go wrong.

Another great job by KD Home Services. This is the third time that we have used them for a painting/repair project in our home. KD Home Services replaced my desk and stained it and the fence.  Not only was the work done well, they were on time, kept it clean, and stuck to their schedule.  Wonderful when you have kids, pets, and work to manage.

K D Homes painted my kitchen cabinets, laundry room cabinets, painted the kitchen walls and trim, installed new LED canned lights, pendant lights. Arrived on time, finished in a week. Kevin and his crew did excellent work. Definitely recommend and would use K D Homes again.

I am a picky person when it comes to painting and work being done at my house and salon ! I used KD for both ! Kevin and his crew were awesome!! Kevin is very responsive when emailing and texting. He checks on everything and double checks when the projects are finished to make sure you are happy with everything!! One big plus for me is he lets you pay with credit card especially America express which is awesome for points ! I will definitely be using him again for every home improvement thing we do in the future.

Kevin and his crew was amazing.  Very efficient and professional. Extremely cognizant of being on time which I greatly appreciated. In addition, Kevin asked me great questions about what I wanted with the job and suggested a few things I had not thought of that made the job even more perfect.

They did a crew a great job painting but more importantly repairing the walls.  They look like new.  Kevin is very personable and easy to do business with.  His crew does very professional work.
