Welcome!

I’m sure you’ve checked us out by now and am familiar with our company… If not, then please click on the logo above before moving on.

Charge What You Want

You can charge as much as you want above my cost and our agreement. My pricing is well below what the major competition is charging.

Your Branding

Use your logo and any form of marketing you like to sell the service. Just connect to all your social media sites and email.

Your Own Web Page

We will provide a dedicated web page (similar to our main page) with only your information. Use this as a landing page for your customers to get more information and make selections.

The Details

We use a per square foot formula as a starting point so most of the time you will have an accurate assessment of what the cost will be.

  • No present coating and bare cement in good or fair condition:   $5.30 pr/sq ft
  • Previously coated surfaces where it has to be removed beforehand:    $6.50 pr/sq ft
  • Excessively large cracks require additional steps:   $12 pr/ linear ft (just a rough idea on the length will work)
  • Base walls (around the edges): $8 pr linear ft
  • Steps, benches, other: $75 per item on average

Example: An average 2 car garage is about 500 sq/ft (length x width) @ $5.30 = $2,650 (my charge to you)

How much can you mark up on your end?

  • Most of the big companies that just do garage floors (you may have seen their big trucks with full size pics of floors) and they can charge as much as $8.50 pr/sq ft. They have lots of overhead and ad costs to cover, as well as serving the commercial sector – so everything is naturally higher.
  • It depends on several factors – like client base, how much you want to sell, and most of all your presentation.
  • A simple rule of thumb is to be in the middle of 25% – 45%
  • Using the example above you will make an additional $800 if you mark up to 30%
  • Remember that you can charge as much as you want. Be creative.

I will train you on all the steps involved in figuring out the right calculations and how to answer basic questions from your clients. It’s a pretty standard process and I will always be available for any questions you have. Sometimes it’s as simple as sending me a pic of the space or situation.

We will be mirroring my main page that has a FAQ section with answers for most any questions your customers might have.

*Note: we will remove the “Pricing” FAQ if you would rather not have that information available to clients. Of course we can keep it and add your numbers as well.

We will give you the ability to present and sell professional Garage Coatings in such a way that reflects your style and branding – essentially adding another service to your portfolio.

  • We will create a dedicated web page that is exactly our page without any references to KDHS. The logo, reviews, contact info, booking, and any references will be replaced with your branding info. We even change the web page address to reflect your name. Your customers will not have any access to our site while on your page (no menu, footer info, or redirects) they only see you.
  • We can add or remove any information that you want – just let us know.
  • We will have a button for your customers to select that will send them to your familiar way to contact you (contact page, email, phone, Facebook, text, etc).
  • I can also provide some sample boards of the finished product for you to use in your presentation.

The bottom line is similar to how you already are operating your business. You bid a project and find contractors or businesses who will do the work for you (so you don’t have to) that you trust. Your customers look to you as the head of the project and in the end you get all the glory. Partnering with someone you don’t know (or yet trust) may seem a bit risky. That’s why I’m offering an open door policy while your deciding…You can call me, email me, text me, or we can meet – as often as you like with as many questions. You can even stop by and watch us do a garage floor sometime.

*Am I worried that you may take what you’ve learned and start doing it yourself or worse yet – become my competition? To be honest the process is pretty rigorous, the equipment is very pricey, and the chemicals are very specific, but if you want to go in that direction I would be more than happy to walk you through the process.
