FAQ

Most frequent questions and answers

There are no caps on how much you can receive it’s all in your control. The more you share – the more you have the potential to earn. The one rule is that you can only refer a person once (no repeats).

As soon as your friend has completed their first project with K D Home Services we will immediately send the payouts. You will receive an email that will contain several options for you to collect your rewards. You can choose from several gift cards, a Visa card or even send it over to your bank or Cash app. There are literally too many options to list here, but one is actually to donate to a charity.

Good question… We have a booking page that new and potential customers go to book a quote. On the form the last question asked is: How did you hear about or who referred you? All they need to do is add your name and we’ll take it from there.

I’m sure it’s possible that some things might get overlooked… For instance, what if a customer bypasses the booking form and comes from some other source? As long as they mention you by name at some point during the process I will be more than happy to connect you both in the system. Also, please contact me if you ever discover that we missed a connection.

Unfortunately, the whole process will be manually executed and it just wouldn’t be possible to do it on a regular basis. However, I will have the ability to obtain a report on your progress. I will be happy to email it to you if you ask me.  Kevin@KDHomeServices.com

The truth of the matter is that I am trying to incentivize my loyal customers so that they tell others about us. The bottom line is that I want new customers to join the KDHS family and all other avenues of marketing only results in a trickle of new prospects. I figure that if you’re already a happy customer and tell others about your experience, then I have the possibility to gain the most valuable type of new customer. One that you are already connected to and deserves the same service (and more).

So the long answer is that I can only start from this point moving forward.
